Book writer and composer Adrienne was born with fairy princess energy. She loved to sing, dance, and draw pictures of elegant ladies.

But she grew up in an environment fraught with fear, anger, and pain. These emotions started spilling out of her, and she realized how harmful and contagious they could be.

Suddenly, a path toward a better future appeared. It included medication and therapy. Adrienne built up the strength to carry her pain and held a job in the tech industry for 10 years.
